I would like to sincerely share my bad experience with one of the Manpower Company in Saudi Arabia Eastern Province by name Mohammed Al-Zoabi Corp. (MAZCO). This company exploits its employees by delay in payment of salary, Provide cheap airline ticket with multiple transits points instead of providing direct flight ticket, vacation schedule problem, delay / hold in paying vacation amount, not paying End of Service benefits, etc. So I advise all my friends who are seeking job in this company to think again before taking final decision.

ReplyDeleteI been worked in Mohammed Al Zoaibi Corporation Dammam Saudi Arabia “MAZCO” 10 years but I have bitter experience because everyone is boss in Mazco Dammam office specially a Sudani and a Kerala guy which ware working as clerk and accountant some time Mazco is not paying 3 months of their employee’s salaries but the office staff are enjoying.
Mazco have managers without power. Mazco walampera.
You will suffer in Mazco if you want to go on your schedule vacation especially for ticket, pending Salaries, and other benefits.
So, dear friends if you want to work in petrochemical try to direct hire not through sub contractor but if you will not find chance for direct hire then go to DAR AL-RIYAD, SRACO, AAMCO,ERAM engineering, JAL International and so on, but beware of Mazco he is a commission agent like a pimp some time they ate your all money.

This is Jeevan K. Retnan, General Manager of Mohammed Al Zaoibi Corp (MAZCO). If you are reading this mail, I am sure you recognize me.
This is a confession as well as an apology to all whom I have unintentionally hurt in the due course of my job here in Mohammed Al Zaoibi Corp (MAZCO), in the last one decade or more. I do not claim not being responsible for my unwelcoming actions and breach of trust that I have perpetrated to a number of employees of this company. I am at fault, which can be attributed to my relentless urge to amass wealth through means fair or not which I regret beyond anything else now.
This company was running very well until 2012. From early 2012 we have been running into financial constraints, not only due to falling fuel prices or works, but also due to the fact that Mr. Zoaibi and his sons have been swindling money out of company funds for their extravagances, lavish lifestyle and ignoble and immoral activities.
Mr. Zoaibi and his sons have routed company money cooking false books for their private investments and others. The company has millions of unpaid bills to staff, transportation, travel agencies, hotels and staff accommodation, rentals, stationery suppliers, unpaid bank loans. This company is at the verge of bankruptcy. At the present they know about the condition very well, but are trying to milk this cash cow to the last drop. The situation is not all known to other board members.
I have been guilty in facilitating these activities and keeping all under cover for which they use to pay me handsome in terms of salary and other perks.
But overtime their demands for my assistance drew into their private requirements as well, to facilitate and assist their frivolous activities in Bahrain and other places. I'm quite disheartened to say that I had even been asked on several occasions to arrange prostitutes by Nasser and Saad (sons of Mr. Zoaibi), which I had to comply in due course of time due to pressure. I have been disheartened by seeing this company's wealth being squandered in wine and women by these retards. I had tried to alarm Mr. Mohammed Zoaibi of such activities happening under his leadership, but of no benefit as he himself is an addict to alcohol and women.
Mr Zoaibi has been keeping maids in his house unpaid for several months, and tortured as sex slaves. The atrocities of these bastards are beyond imagination of most of us. They consider anyone working under them as slaves born to serve them for free.
I will be quitting this job any moment from now, and never return to Dammam as this is not the money I want to make, nor will it keep me happy. I have not been happy as well, for the fact that I myself am treated a slave and a scapegoat to deal with their ill doings. I am sure if I stay here any longer these bastards will put the blame on me and I may be held responsible for fraudulent activities actually perpetrated by them.
I want to apologize once again to each and everyone whom I have hurt all this while. Please forgive if possible. Thank you.
